PC颗粒板是表面布满类似钻石的PC颗粒，不平整的聚碳酸酯实心板，因此也叫PC钻石板、聚碳酸酯颗粒板，基本的物理化学性质与普通平整的PC耐力板基本一致。它区别于普通耐力板的特质是：光线透过之后会不均匀散射，会有模糊的视觉效果，增强了遮蔽性和隐蔽性，同时对强光直射可以起到慢反射和散射作用，使光线柔和均匀，有效减少炫光和光污染。另外，它还具备聚碳酸酯板普遍具有的抗冲击、阻燃、隔音等性质。
